Alex Barton--an autistic child--was voted out of his kindergarten class by his classmates by a 14 to 2 margin. Prior to the vote, the teacher had the kids discuss what they didn't like about Alex. Mom is obviously pissed off and speaking of legal action, but the question begs: if he was voted nay by fourteen of the students, maybe Alex is a really unpleasant brat?.
